Description
In many organizations, managers are called upon to manage situations involving incivility, conflict or workplace harassment without necessarily having human resources expertise. Yet they are often the first people to receive a disclosure, concern or complaint, and their interventions can have significant repercussions for both the people involved and the organization. This training provides clear reference points, concrete tools and the reflexes needed to intervene appropriately, meet their obligations and help maintain a healthy and safe workplace.
