Customized training for your company

Every organization has its own reality, culture, challenges, and objectives. That is why our customized trainings always begin with a discussion to properly understand your context, needs, and desired outcomes. When relevant, we can also take some time for observation in the workplace in order to better understand the issues your managers and teams are facing.

Customized training for your company

We then develop content tailored to your organization based on concrete situations experienced in your workplace. We also invite you to share examples, challenges, or real situations with us so that the training is grounded in your day-to-day reality and truly addresses your concerns.

Each activity is designed according to the intended audience. Whether it is a group of 10 people or several hundred participants, employees, managers, HR professionals, or senior management, the content, examples, scenario-based simulations, and level of detail are adjusted to your audience.

When the organization operates in a unionized environment, we also take into account the realities specific to labour relations, the responsibilities of the various stakeholders, and the context in which participants carry out their duties.

Our trainings are offered at a flat rate. Do you have a topic in mind, a target audience, and a budget? Tell us about your project and we will assess the different possible options with you.

For groups with shared interests

At Novare, we believe that access to specialized training should be available to a vast majority of people.

That is why we also offer a format that allows several people, organizations, or professionals with similar needs to come together and benefit from training adapted to their common challenges.

Whether you are HR leaders from different organizations, members of a given association, managers, employers, or professionals facing the same realities, we can develop an activity that meets your needs while distributing the costs among participants.

This format provides tailored content, fosters exchanges among people facing similar issues, and makes training more accessible.

Tell us:

  • the desired topic;
  • the approximate number of participants;
  • the preferred format (in person or virtual);
  • your budget.

We will analyze your project and will propose a format adapted to your reality.

Do you have an idea for training?

Tell us about your idea. We will assess the different possibilities with you in order to bring it to life.

Training classes

Training Classes

We offer training classes open to participants from different organizations.

View our catalogue →

Our catalogue includes both introductory training for employers who wish to better understand their obligations and specialized training for managers, HR professionals, OHS leaders, and members of senior management. The trainings are adapted to the realities of unionized and non-unionized workplaces, and several courses are designed specifically for highly regulated industries, including construction, educational childcare environments, and businesses subject to a collective agreement decree.

Why do we often favour in-person training?

We believe that HR and OHS topics often deserve more than a simple transfer of information.

In-person training fosters quality exchanges, collaborative reflection, the emergence of new ideas, discussions among participants and work based on real situations. It also makes it possible to validate understanding of the concepts and explore the grey areas that often make all the difference in the application of those concepts.

Nevertheless, virtual training remains an excellent solution when greater accessibility, reduced costs, or participation from different regions is desired.

Do you want to equip your teams on a specific HR or OHS issue? Let’s talk about your needs to determine whether customized training or an open class is best suited to your organization.
