Located on Montréal’s South Shore, Novare Legal Strategist was founded out of a desire to do things differently. We believe that prevention, a good understanding of operational realities, and strategic guidance empower employers to make better decisions and avoid many disputes before they arise.

We also aspire to help democratize access to expertise. Through innovation and the development of new ways to support employers, we seek to make knowledge, tools, and management best practices more accessible to those who need them.
